Commercial Carpet Tile

Carpet tile is a fast-growing and modular trend that has been around for years. It's durable, easy to install, and quick to repair. Among carpet tile's appeal is its great flexibility in design options. The raised access flooring can be used with commercial carpet tiles to create a sleek look that suits any business.

Commercial Broadloom Carpet

If you're looking for a classic, luxurious look with a great feel underfoot, look no further than Broadloom Carpet. This tried-and-true classic is warm and refined, with no visible seams. It's a good choice for irregular spaces. And because it wears well over time, it has a long life cycle.

Commercial Resilient Flooring Options

Resilient flooring options are durable, moisture-resistant and cost-effective. They're a staple of the commercial market and most are available in both tile and sheet, in a wide variety of stylish designs and colors.

Here at Larry, we carry and install everything from the most traditional vinyl composition tile (VCT) to bio-based tile (BBT) to sheet vinyl, rubber floors, linoleum and more.

Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT)

Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT)

VCT flooring is known for its affordability and durability. Because of its high performance, it has become a popular choice for institutions and cafeterias. VCT is more rigid than traditional vinyl tiles, making it suitable for low-visibility, high traffic areas..
Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT)

Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT)

Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) is a type of flooring that is made up of vinyl tiles. These tiles have been coated with high-resolution designs, which can be inspired by nature or contemporary design.
The choice of designs includes wood, industrial stained concrete, stone, abstract geometrics and color block designs. New design choices can replicate the look of more expensive products.
LVT is available in several different wear layers ranging from 8 mil to 40 mil. The lower-end wear layers are suitable for light commercial (very low foot traffic areas). The higher end wear layers are best for commercial use with very heavy foot traffic.
LVT flooring is available with a waterproof core, floating click systems, and free-lay products that only call for perimeter adhesive, which reduces use of low VOC adhesive use.
Overall, LVT is a resilient, easy to install and easy to maintain flooring option. It’s a great choice if you want a high design look for a lower cost!
Linoleum

Linoleum

Linoleum is a popular flooring choice because it’s durable and easy to maintain. Lino floors can last up to 40 years once laid, and are a popular choice for institutional floors and high traffic areas.
Lino floors have welded seams—preventing fluids from penetrating the surface and making its way under the floor. This added layer of hygiene makes linoleum flooring incredibly popular in the healthcare and assisted living sectors.
Lino has environmental benefits as well: it’s made from wood bark and linseed oil.
Cork Flooring

Cork Flooring

Cork flooring is a durable, environmentally friendly choice for your home.
Made from the bark of the cork tree, cork floors are made of a material that can be easily repaired. If dented, a cork floor will often return to its original shape with time. Cork floors are soft and yielding underfoot with the added bonus of insulating most noise – this makes it a great choice for rooms catering to children or the elderly.
Sheet Vinyl

Sheet Vinyl

Sheet vinyl is a popular option for flooring in public spaces, as it’s easy to clean and maintain. It’s also impervious to germs, so it’s ideal for use in hospitals and other medical environments.
Sheet vinyl is a continuous roll of vinyl flooring. This makes it easier to install than traditional tiles, as there are no grout lines or seams that need tiling over. The downside of this is that sheet vinyl can be difficult to repair if damaged, so it’s best suited for areas with minimal traffic. To install sheet vinyl, you must prepare the substrate before hand by removing any trapped moisture and cleaning the surface thoroughly with a degreasing agent. This will ensure your sheet vinyl lasts as long as possible—and that it doesn’t become mouldy!
Rubber Flooring

Rubber Flooring

Rubber flooring is a great choice for high-traffic areas and sports floors.
Rubber flooring is durable, strong, and resilient. It won’t crack or chip like other materials—and rubber floors can be cleaned with just soap and water! The only real downside to rubber flooring happens when it’s not maintained correctly: abrasive liquids can cause discoloration.
